F E B R U A R Y FAVES

February is a short month but there was definitely something different about it. It felt busy and went by quickly, and not just because it was a shorter month. And with this year being leap year, it was just barely shorter than the other months. I've been reaching for the same products, more or less, throughout the month. I'm trying to cut back on buying new products (although I did slip up a lot lately lol), and have really been reaching for the same products in hopes of *finally* finishing some up. Or at least making a bigger dent in the products I do have.

On the face I've been reaching for the Laura Mercier Flawless Fluide Finish in Cashew. I've been attempting some light contouring and have reached back for my Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette, as it's easy to build up a light, ashy shadow. With the weather straight of fluctuating from rain to extreme shine, my skin has been on the fritz. To keep everything looking nice throughout the day I've been reaching for the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder

To top off my cheeks I've been dusting on Tarte's Exposed blush as well as Becca's Moonstone highlighter. These two create a natural flush and glow from within.

To help frame my face I've been reaching for the Anastasia Brow Powder Duo which gives a much stronger, yet natural looking brow. I finally used up my Kat Von D Trooper Tattoo Liner and was able to crack open my new one - ain't nothing like a new liner to make you feel giddy inside.

On the lips I've been rotating through three products: NARS Barbara, which I am utterly and completely obsessed with. I even got my girl Celina hooked on it - she's been featuring it quite some bit lately on her blog so check it out (some with swatches too!). Liquid lipsticks are seriously amazing and I'm still hooked on Kat Von D Lolita II, I'm 100% sure I will buy the full size product once my mini size runs out. A purchase made a while ago but not really thrown into action is the Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick in 1993, which is described as a medium brown. It's neutral and fab and easily makes me feel badass wearing it. And last, with Spring around the corner I've been reaching back for my Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Nude. My lips have been pretty dry lately and this has helped keep my lips moisturized on those days when I'm feeling more neutral.

PS Did anyone else watch Fuller House when it was released last Friday? Cause I DID AND I LOVED IT. I watched so much TV as a child, even more than I do as an adult, and oh man - the feels. *Spoiler alert - Team DJ and Steve all the way.*

What are some products you've reaching for and loving this past month?
