Latest Desk Essentials | Hand Products
These days we’re home a lot but we are thoroughly washing our hands with soap every chance we can get. When we’re out and about, we’re spritzing hand sanitizer like it’s no one’s business. Safe to say, most of us have hands that are drying out and in need of some T.L.C.
I’m not the best at applying lotion and cream to my body, but these days since I’m at home and often sans rings, I find myself reaching for hand creams more. Also because my hands are dry from washing/sanitizing frequently throughout the day. I thought I’d share two of the newest products that have made their way into my desk / hand routine.
Olive and June Hand Serum* | When I first heard about this I was very intrigued - I’ve been into the idea of serums for the body recently so I was over the moon to hear of one for the hands (it’s about time). This one has hyaluronic acid to moisturize, revive, and plump. Cactus flower to moisturize and smooth. Fruit extracts with AHAs to gently exfoliate and brighten. The Cuticle Serum sits on my desk as well and I use this to keep my nails in tip top shape. Similar to the cuticle serum, this is unscented and quickly sinks into my skin. When I’m busy typing I don’t want to wait for any dry time and this one is a perfect quick solution. It also has an airless pump which is sanitary and mess-free.
Nécessaire The Hand Cream | One of the it skincare brands has brought out a hand cream and it’s in the minimal packaging of dreams. I know not everyone is a fan of products in metal tubes, but I love them. They look pristine when you first get them and then begin to show age as you continue to use them. I’ve found that I’ll gently use majority of the tube and towards the end I’ll go in with my favorite tube wringer device. Tbh that also makes me want everything I can in a metal tube JUST so I can use it 😂
