I'm born and raised in the Bay Area and we have hard water. I recently moved and where I am now has the highest levels of hard water and my hair has been going through it. Granted I recently lightened my hair, I think the water has heavily impacted how my hair looks and feels.
In general, I love to alternate my hair washes with a good hair mask. I find this helps my hair stay super soft and manageable!
