Monica Vinader Jewelry Collection + 20% Discount
Growing up my mom and aunts always were talking about the jewelry they owned and I never really understood their fascination with it. Fast forward to being in my 30s, I love collecting and curating pieces to add to my collection.
My collection is made up of a lot of pieces from Mejuri but I have also branched out to other brands and that includes Monica Vinader. I thought I’d share a few of my favorite pieces that I have from the brand as well as my thoughts. (Stay til the end of the post for a discount code!)
Hands down my favorite pieces from MV are the Deia Rings. I have two, one in solid gold and one with the green gemstone. Although I usually opt for minimal jewelry and pieces, green is probably my favorite color so I don’t mind having that as a pop of color. I like to wear the two of them stacked together for a chunky but comfortable duo on my index finger.
To expand my Deia range, I picked up the Deia Huggie Earrings which are a fun and chunky option without getting in the way of face masks. I recently picked up 2 of the Nura Baroque Pearl Pendant Charms to place on each huggie to easily mix things up! I definitely think I’ll be throwing these on for one of the holiday work parties I have coming up in December.
For a more simple everyday stacking earring I picked up the Aura Reef Open Stud Earrings. I liked that these give some extra negative space to mix it up with different earring pieces for a nicely blended earring stack. Most recently I added the Mini Gem Chain Stud Single Earring to my collection which I think will be a fun pop of color for special events and also add something a little bit different to my general earring stacks! I’ve been contemplating getting a third piercing on one ear for years and this piece might just be the push I needed to get it!
I love a good chain necklace and when I wear them, you can often see me pairing a necklace or two together. I have the Alta Textured Chain Necklace which is 24” so it’s perfect as a layering piece and adjustable to fit your needs. Each chain link is quite thin so it adds some nice visual texture while still remaining lightweight. This necklace is also thin enough to easily pair with any pendant or charm you’d like to add to customize your look.
As much as I love necklaces, I’ve really grown a soft spot for bracelets. While I usually keep a thin gold chainlink bracelet on at almost all time, I wanted to get something that was a bit more of a statement piece to wear for special events. I spotted the Keshi Pearl Bracelet and I couldn’t resist! I think it pairs well with the Deia line I have and I love the soft organic touch of the pearls. I was a bit hesitant when I received it with the way the circle link opens, but it’s actually quite secure and I had to spend time to remove it. So I hope that this won’t accidentally slip off my wrist when I’m wearing it out and about!
As my jewelry collection has grown, my current storage solution has started to run tight so I thought I would pick up a smaller box to keep my MV pieces separately that weren’t in my day-to-day rotation. I opted for the Large Leather Jewelry Box in pebble grey and I am quite smitten with it. The zipper has a large golden pendant on the edge and the zipper is extremely smooth. I think it has a great variety of separate quadrants where you can place larger pieces, rings, necklaces, and earrings so that all items can be seen and kept tangle free.
Overall I love my MV pieces and I can’t wait to continue to expand my collection. Have you ever picked anything up from the brand? If not, be sure to use my code below and save 20% on your order, always!
