Tablescaping with Parachute Home
One of my favorite adult things to do is host people at our home. Apartment living was always an added challenge, but since moving into our home I’ve been excited to have friends and family over. We have renovation plans and will be expanding our kitchen/dining area for an even more ideal hosting situation.
Adulting is expensive, and with it all the things that come with hosting. All the things my parents used to have tucked away in storage that they’d whip out for parties was definitely something I needed to take my time to acquire.
This holiday season, I partnered up with Parachute Home to share how I like to set up my table for hosting.
Living in apartments for most of my adult years thus far, we had to figure out some life hacks. My favorite one thus far is using a folding table with a nice tablecloth on top for added luxury but small space friendly. We have a folding table that friends gifted us when we first moved in together and it has come in handy. I picked up a linen tablecloth from Parachute last year and this year added a second one into my collection. They’ve expanded their dining range and have table runners, placemats, and napkins.
Parachute has also released dinnerware with the most beautiful white/black pieces. They’ve also partnered with small businesses to bring other ceramic, glassware, and flatware to add to your tablescape. Think of it all as a one stop shop!
