Monthly Favorites | November
I can't believe that it's almost the end of the year, I know everyone says this but after being sick for about a month and a half, the last 1/4 of the year has really just flown by for me. This will be the last favorites post for the year, next month I'll probably end up doing a roundup of my favorite products of the year.
A lot of my monthly favorites were picked up during the Sephora VIB sale, where I hauled up a good round of products (see what else I got here). I've been getting so much use out of all of the products, and really cannot just get enough. The Hourglass Ambient Light Edit Palette has been in most of my Instagram posts as of late (feel free to follow! @cindyhyue), as I have been reaching for it every. single. day. To say I love this thang is an understatement. I've also been reaching for the Becca highlighter in Moonstone for an added touch of glow. The NARS Yachiyo brush is a godsend, I love this thing. Really, truly, love it. If you're looking for a great all around brush - this is the one for you!
On the lips I've worn the Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick in Lolita II more times than I can count. This is a perfect color for me and the formula is comfortable for long-term wear. I think I may actually use up this mini size and will definitely buy the full-size once it's released!
I've been going through all my hand lotions to clear out my drawers, and have been reaching for the Caudalie Hand & Nail cream. When I first got this I wasn't a fan of the smell, but I must say I have become quite fond of it. It makes my hands feel incredibly soft and does not leave a greasy film at all. I think I will definitely purchase the full-size product once my mini size is gone.
I've really been getting back into tea, and while walking around Whole Foods I found that they sell my favorite red tea, The Republic of Tea Red Tea Good Hope Vanilla, in bulk. This allows you to buy as much as you need/want, and saves me from having 36 bags of tea sitting in my cabinets. My boyfriend bought me an over-the-cup dispensing teapot from the brand Adagio Teas (here) a few years back, and I'll always reach for this when I want to make some tea with loose leaves. This allows you to make your tea and put it directly on top of your cup to pour, for a whole lot of convenience and no worry of dripping. I've been looking into trying new teas and have been eyeing Tea Pigs. Feel free to leave your favorite teas and any other brand suggestions!
What are some products that you have been loving lately?
Hope you enjoy the holidays as we soon enter December!
