I wouldn't deny that I am a homebody. And my boyfriend wouldn't deny that he is a homebody. So it was pretty out of character for us to do such a spontaneous and short trip to Southern California, but when it's old friends' birthdays (yes, plural), you suck it up and make the trip down. It was a very short and sweet trip and we were there for about a day and a half. We were located somewhere between Hollywood & Beverly Hills and were walking distance from The Grove & LACMA. The view from our AirBnB was incredible - I almost wish I had taken a proper shot of it. But here is a quick photo diary of our short trip - mostly of our time walking around the outside of LACMA and around Santa Monica Pier. Enjoy!
