Briogeo Scalp Revival | Scalp Solutions Set

I’ve been a fan of Briogeo’s products for a few years now, and I’ve been excited to try more from their new(er) ranges. Their scalp revival range is targeted for both hair groups: those with dry/flaky scalps and those with oily scalps.

Briogeo just released their Scalp Therapy Essentials Kit which retails for $85 ($126 value). I thought I’d share my thoughts on some of their products in the Scalp Revival line that I’ve tried below.

  • Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo | This has peppermint, spearmint, and tea tree which gives a cooling effect that *tingles* when you apply. I really like to focus this on my scalp and I’ll use a scoop and start massaging it into my head. I’ll then take their Stimulating Therapy Massager and use this to massage my head and really work the product in. I usually reach for this on hair washing days when I’m on day 4-5 hair or I notice I’m starting to see some dry flaky bits 😬

  • Scalp Revival Charcoal + Biotin Dry Shampoo | This was one of my fav product discoveries in 2020. We’ve all tried the dry shampoo in an aerosol can so this was a pleasant change to get one that was more eco-friendly in aerosol-free packaging. This took me a bit longer to get used to with getting the right amount of product out. If you push out too much product it can easily be worked into your scalp to absorb oils and really leave your hair looking voluminous. It also smells amazing and gives a freshly washed smell and look. I am lucky enough to have a backup available but if you’re looking for a new one to try, I highly recommend this.

** Side note: I am very excited for the day we can start traveling again because I won’t need to use up precious liquid space in my carry-on for an aerosol dry shampoo canister.

  • Scalp Revival Charcoal + Tea Tree Scalp Treatment Serum: This is meant to help sooth a dry/flaky/itchy scalp. Personally that’s not an issue that I deal with so I have not tried this one. But this has good reviews! Instructions say to part clean, damp hair into sections and apply 1-2 drops in each partition. This has charcoal, peppermint/tea tree oil, and witch hazel to help remove impurities, provide a cooling touch, and balance oil production.

  • Scalp Revival Charcoal + Tea Tree Cooling Hydration Mask for Dry, Itchy Scalp | This is the newest addition to the Scalp Revival line and one I’m excited to try! I have 2 hair masks (eep) that I’m working on so I’m not going to add a third one into the mix, but I can’t wait to try it with the micro-exfoliating shampoo. I may also have my husband try this as he does tend to get an oily/flaky scalp and I think this would help. He occasionally will use the shampoo but often uses his own shampoo that has tea tree oil in it.

Have you tried anything from the Scalp Revival line?
