Escaping Real-Life to Europe

So I'll be heading out to Europe and will be galavanting around with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 weeks. If you have any food/travel suggestions for France, Italy, or Spain (Barcelona), please let me know so we can be sure to check it out if we have time.
