Since turning 21 I've been to Napa pretty much every year, so I'd like to say I somewhat know my way around. We know our favorite winery and are up for trying new ones here and there. This year was more apparent that my taste in wine has significantly changed. From the first few times when I only wanted sweet/dessert wines, I'm now quite fond of white wines as well as select reds. If you aren't a fan of wine, just give it time and maybe you'll be a fan too.

There isn't actually a question about why exactly you love beauty, but I thought I'd just share a quick bit about why I do. Makeup - it's something that has have fascinated me for so long and as a kid I was always excited about one day being able to use it. I've always loved makeup and now as I'm in my mid-20s I'm finally learning what my beauty style is. And I'm open to letting that change. Teenage me would picture the bold eyeshadows, but current me is all about that perfect cat-eye, lipsticks, and lightly enhancing what I've got. Applying makeup is something I very much enjoy doing everyday, more or less a morning ritual. It's the best 10 minutes to myself to get ready for the day.

Winter in California was quite short lived. We had some chilly days and rain days, but for the most part it was a warm one. Many of you may not know but California is in a major drought right now and it is so very apparent to many of us living here. It's supposed to be an El Nino (heavy rain) year so fingers crossed that it still happens. The weather forecast for next week is already looking like mid 70s (~21C), soo there's that. Anyways, we went from warm mid 70 degree weather in late November to 45-60 degree weather. I know for many of you that may not be anything, but that is "Winter" in California for ya. I've altered my skincare to revolve around these 5 products (or some variation) and my skin could not be happier.
